Expands the definition of "fresh produce" to include chicken eggs in addition to unprocessed fruits and vegetables for the Connecticut Farmers' Market/Senior Nutrition Program.

Senior participants (ages 60+) living in elderly housing, registered congregate meal sites, or identified as nutritionally at-risk by municipal elderly agents receive vouchers redeemable only at Connecticut farmers' markets.

Establishes stricter labeling requirements for Connecticut-grown farm products, requiring signage at least 3 inches by 5 inches identifying the town of origin and removing allowances for "Native" or "Local" designations for products from outside Connecticut.

Increases penalties for violations: up to $100 per product label violation and $100 per sign violation, with warnings for first sign violations and $100 fines for subsequent violations.

Grants the Commissioner of Agriculture citation authority for infractions and removes the class D misdemeanor designation for certain egg-related violations, replacing it with fines of $100 for first offense and $200 for subsequent offenses.
