Amends Connecticut General Statutes section 12-170f(a) regarding the Renters' Rebate Program for senior citizens and persons with disabilities, effective July 1, 2020

Exempts renters from notarization requirements for landlord verification if they have previously provided a notarized verification for the same property rental

Prohibits municipalities from delaying application submissions to the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management when renters fail notarization deadlines or municipal submission deadlines due to illness or incapacitation verified by a physician or advanced practice registered nurse certificate

Allows renters to request application period extensions from the secretary prior to December 15th of the claim year, which may be granted for extenuating circumstances due to illness or incapacitation or upon a finding of good cause

Aims to remove impediments to timely financial relief for eligible senior citizens and persons with disabilities applying for rental rebate grants
