Modifies the Autism Spectrum Disorder Advisory Council to have two required chairpersons: the Commissioner of Social Services (or designee) and a person with autism spectrum disorder elected by council members

Allows the council to elect an optional third chairperson who must be either a parent or guardian of a child with autism spectrum disorder or a parent or guardian of an adult with autism spectrum disorder

Requires the council to meet at least four times per year and at other times as requested by the chairpersons

Council members serve without compensation and the council shall make rules for conducting its affairs

Effective upon passage and amends Connecticut General Statutes section 17a-215d(b)
