Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 38a-497 (individual health insurance policies) and Section 38a-512b (group health insurance policies) effective January 1, 2021.

Requires individual and group health insurance policies to allow coverage of children, stepchildren, and other dependent children to continue until the policy anniversary date on or after the child attains age 26 or obtains coverage through their own employment.

Extends dental and vision coverage provisions to allow dependent children to remain on parents' dental or vision insurance plans under the same age and employment-based termination conditions as general health coverage.

Mandates that stepchildren and other dependent children receive coverage on the same basis as biological children under all affected policies.

Applies to all health insurance policies delivered, issued, amended, renewed, or continued in Connecticut that provide the specified coverage types.
