Requires charitable organizations registered with the Department of Consumer Protection to disclose their registration number when soliciting funds or upon request from any person.

Mandates disclosure of the percentage of funds collected in the prior calendar year that directly funded the charitable purpose of the organization.

Applies definitions of "charitable organization," "charitable purpose," "person," and "solicit" from section 21a-190a of the general statutes.

Takes effect January 1, 2021.
