Court Support Services Division of the Judicial Branch shall conduct an optional and anonymous survey of individuals under age 18 who interact with courts or receive services through the Judicial Branch during the period January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.

Survey shall collect information on participants' age, race, sexual orientation, gender identity, and any other information deemed necessary to assess Judicial Branch service adequacy for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) youths.

Court Support Services Division must submit a report by July 1, 2022 to the joint standing committee on children that includes survey results and recommendations for additional or improved services for LGBTQ youths.
