Requires all inspections to comply with applicable federal regulations, including health, sanitary, and safety-related provisions in the Code of Federal Regulations.

Authorizes rabbit processing facilities that pass Department of Agriculture inspections to be designated as approved food sources for household consumers, restaurants, hotels, boarding houses, and retail food establishments.

Effective upon passage.
