• Prohibits foreign-influenced entities from making contributions or independent expenditures in elections and requires disclosure of foreign ownership in campaign finance reports.

• Establishes disclosure requirements for online platforms selling political advertisements, requiring machine-readable records of purchasers and advertisement details when annual purchases exceed $200.

• Permits gubernatorial candidates in the Citizens' Election Program to raise supplemental qualifying contributions and receive supplemental grants up to 75% of the primary or general election grant amount (for 2022 elections).
