Establishes a task force to examine the correlation between bullying and sexual harassment in schools, their effects on students, and the adequacy of safe school climate plans to address these incidents

Task force membership consists of seven members: one each appointed by the House Speaker, Senate President Pro Tempore, House Majority Leader, Senate Majority Leader, House Minority Leader, Senate Minority Leader, and the Commissioner of Education or designee

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of the effective date, with the first meeting scheduled no later than 60 days after passage

Task force shall submit a report with findings and recommendations for legislation to the joint standing education committee by January 1, 2021, and terminates upon submission of the report or January 1, 2021, whichever is later
