Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall conduct a study of state revenue policies in consultation with the Commissioner of Revenue Services.

Study must identify legislative changes that can improve Connecticut's business competitiveness relative to surrounding states.

Secretary may consult with individuals, businesses, and state agencies as deemed necessary or appropriate to complete the study.

Secretary must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on finance, revenue and bonding no later than January 1, 2021.

Act takes effect upon passage.
