Registrars of voters must designate a location for election day registration and certify it in writing to the Secretary of the State at least 31 days before the election, including the location's name, address, contact information, assigned election officials, and operational design plan.

Secretary of the State may require registrars to appoint additional election officials or modify the design or plan upon reviewing the certification.

Registrars may apply to the Secretary to designate additional election day registration locations, with applications submitted at least 90 days before the election, and the same certification requirements apply to any approved additional locations.

Registrars may delegate election day registration responsibilities to appointed election officials and must supervise and train them.

Prohibits solicitation, loitering, peddling, or distribution of campaign materials within 75 feet of any entrance or in corridors and passageways leading to any location designated for election day registration.
