Revises Section 10-16b to require public schools include instruction in arts, career education, consumer education, health and safety (including youth suicide prevention and opioid use disorder prevention), language arts, mathematics, physical education, science, social studies, computer science, world languages, and vocational education, effective July 1, 2021.

Adds specific educational requirements including Holocaust and genocide education, African-American and black studies, Puerto Rican and Latino studies, climate change curriculum consistent with Next Generation Science Standards, and instruction on the Safe Haven Act.

Changes language in Section 10-155d(a) from "assure" to "ensure" regarding the Office of Higher Education's coordination of teacher preparation activities.

Corrects "Capital" to "Capitol" Region Education Council in Section 10-264l regarding Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts magnet school per pupil grants.

Updates Section 19a-79(a) child care regulations to change "print" to "post" regarding notice of intent to adopt regulations and to specify immunization exemption procedures and staffing requirements for child care centers and group child care homes.
