Repeals and replaces Section 8-37mmm of the general statutes, effective October 1, 2020, to define "visitable housing" as one-to-four family residential construction with three accessibility features: interior doorways with minimum 32-inch unobstructed openings, accessible means of egress, and a full or half bathroom on the first floor compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Authorizes the Department of Housing, in consultation with the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, to establish a program encouraging visitable housing development that provides a single point of contact for financial and technical assistance, identifies financial incentives for developers, and includes public education.

Removes the requirement for the Department of Housing to submit a program status report to the joint standing committee on housing by October 1, 2012.

Requires the Department of Housing to establish an informational web page on its website with links to available visitable housing resources, within available appropriations.
