Changes HUSKY B copayment requirements so copayments shall "not exceed" rather than "be the same as" those for active state employees enrolled in point-of-enrollment health care plans.

Maintains the maximum annual aggregate cost-sharing requirement cap at five percent of household's gross annual income.

Removes the provision allowing the Commissioner to annually increase premium requirements based on the Consumer Price Index for medical care services for fiscal years 2012-2016.

Eliminates section 17b-294a, repealing the HUSKY Plus supplemental health program that provided intensive physical health services to medically eligible HUSKY B members.

Updates statutory definitions and renumbers subsections related to HUSKY program terminology, effective upon passage.
