Establishes a separate, nonlapsing account within the General Fund called the "law enforcement support office program account" effective October 1, 2020

Account shall receive all fees paid by local law enforcement agencies to the Military Department for participation in the law enforcement support program established under 10 USC 2576a

Adjutant General is authorized to expend moneys from the account to administer operations of the law enforcement support program

Account funds are restricted to program administration purposes and do not lapse at the end of fiscal years
