Panel members receive $325 per proceeding conclusion, with an additional $500 for members who prepare written decisions.

Single arbitrators receive $325 upon proceeding conclusion under section 31-93.

For multi-day proceedings, each panel member receives $325 for each additional day beyond the first day, with a cap of two days without Labor Commissioner approval.

Executive panel session members receive $200 per session (increased from $150).

Oral decisions must be transcribed, approved by the panel or single member, and filed with board records within fifteen days.
