Prohibits health care facilities and pharmacies from selling cigarettes and tobacco products effective January 1, 2021, and voids any existing licenses to sell these products issued under chapter 214 of the general statutes.

Prohibits health care facilities and pharmacies from selling electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products effective January 1, 2021, and voids any existing licenses to sell these products issued under chapter 420g of the general statutes.

Defines "electronic nicotine delivery system" to include electronic cigarettes, electronic cigars, electronic cigarillos, electronic pipes, electronic hookahs, and related devices and components including electronic cigarette liquid.

Defines "vapor product" to exclude medicinal or therapeutic products prescribed or directed by a licensed health care provider and FDA-authorized drugs, devices, and biological products.

Takes effect July 1, 2020, establishing the new statutory sections, with the sales prohibitions effective January 1, 2021.
