School districts must submit annual reports to the Commissioner of Education by June 30, 2020, and each June 30 thereafter, covering the preceding academic year.

Reports must include the total number of computer science courses or programs offered at each school, including whether they are advanced placement courses.

Reports must disaggregate student enrollment data by gender, race and ethnicity, special education status, English language learner status, free or reduced price lunch eligibility, and grade level.

Reports must include the number of computer science instructors at each school, disaggregated by certification status, gender, and highest academic degree.

The Department of Education must post each report on its website, and the Commissioner must submit compiled data to the joint standing education committee by February 1, 2021, and annually thereafter.
