Modifies section 38a-1092(a) of Connecticut General Statutes to require the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange board of directors to submit quarterly reports to the joint standing committees on public health, human services, and insurance, effective July 1, 2020.

Requires existing quarterly reports to include eight categories of data on exchange enrollees with household incomes between 133% and 200% of the federal poverty level, including enrollment numbers, continuous coverage periods, transitions to Medicaid, coverage gaps, and state costs.

Adds four new data reporting requirements beginning with the first report after July 1, 2020: number of individuals enrolling in Medicaid via the exchange, number enrolling in qualified health plans and which plans selected, prior insurance status and sources, and number eligible for federal subsidies, all reported on a quarterly basis.

All new reporting requirements apply to enrollment data tracked on a quarterly basis by plan selection and insurance history of enrollees.
