Summary: Connecticut SB 365 - Online Absentee Ballot Applications

• Establishes an online system for eligible electors to submit absentee ballot applications to the Connecticut Secretary of the State's office, effective July 1, 2020.

• Maintains existing procedures for traditional absentee ballot applications submitted directly to municipal clerks through mail or facsimile.
