Requires the Commissioner of Social Services to study whether income and asset limits for employed persons with disabilities receiving medical assistance under Connecticut General Statutes section 17b-597 should be increased.

Study must examine whether higher limits would provide sufficient access to medical assistance and promote employment advancement for this population.

Commissioner must submit a report to the joint standing committee on human services by January 1, 2021, including the number of working persons with disabilities currently participating in the program.

Report must analyze how many additional persons could become eligible at various income and asset levels, including increased cost-sharing income limits.

Report must compare Connecticut's limits to other states and calculate the fiscal impact to the state of raising income and asset limits at different levels.
