Commissioner of Revenue Services shall study state tax policies to identify legislative changes that may improve the business climate and economic opportunities in the state.

Commissioner may consult with individuals, businesses, and state agencies deemed necessary or appropriate to accomplish the study's purposes.

Commissioner must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on finance, revenue and bonding no later than January 1, 2021.

Report must comply with section 11-4a of Connecticut general statutes.
