Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management must establish and make publicly available on its website a searchable database by January 1, 2021 containing names, license types, expiration dates, and regulatory agencies for all professional bondsmen, bail enforcement agents, and surety bail bond agents

Database must be updated at least quarterly based on information provided by the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection and the Insurance Commissioner

Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection must furnish names of all licensed professional bondsmen and bail enforcement agents to courts, police departments, and the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, and notify them of any status changes or license suspensions/revocations

Insurance Commissioner must furnish names, business addresses, and telephone numbers of all licensed surety bail bond agents to courts, police departments, and the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management, and notify them of any changes or license suspensions/revocations
