Authorizes or mandates police departments to share information with the Departments of Education and Social Services about individuals exposed to traumatic events who receive services from or fall under the jurisdiction of those departments

Requires information sharing to occur no later than twenty-four hours after exposure to a traumatic event

Enables the Departments of Education and Social Services to provide timely services and support to affected individuals

Creates a broader coordinated safety net of care and support for community members exposed to traumatic events
