Amends subsection (c) of section 14-50 of the general statutes to require the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to waive operator's license and motor vehicle registration fees for qualifying veterans.

Fee waiver applies for one licensing period only.

Waiver is available to veterans who are current residents of Connecticut at the time of application, rather than veterans who were residents at the time of military induction.
