Amends section 10-221 of Connecticut general statutes to prohibit local and regional boards of education from developing, adopting, or implementing policies that discriminate against students based on natural hair, hair texture, or hairstyle.

Prevents school boards from denying students equal opportunity to participate in school activities, programs, and courses of study based on their natural hair or hairstyles including braids, dreadlocks, and twists.

Applies to all schools under the jurisdiction of local and regional boards of education in Connecticut.
