Establishes a child support enforcement task force under title 17b of the general statutes to investigate causes of uncollected child support in Connecticut.

Task force membership includes representatives from the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Social Services, General Assembly, fatherhood initiative under section 17b-27a, a child advocacy organization, and the judicial branch.

Directs the task force to study the causes of significant increases in uncollected child support affecting children and families in the state.
