Establishes a pilot program in five school districts beginning July 1, 2021 requiring all high school students to complete a one-semester course on life skills and personal development.

Course curriculum covers social good, emotional learning and life skills, active listening, problem solving, anger management, mental health, conflict resolution, and financial literacy and personal finance basics.

Requires collaboration with licensed social workers, licensed financial planners, certified accountants, certified insurance producers, or other certified financial professionals in teaching the course.

Designed to prepare high school students for issues they may encounter as adults.
