Requires the Department of Public Health to submit an annual report on adverse reactions to immunizations in Connecticut.

Report must include total number of adverse reactions reported during the previous calendar year, disaggregated by immunization type, lot number, and age of recipient.

Report must document total number and cost of emergency department visits, hospitalizations, permanent disabilities, and deaths related to reported adverse reactions.

Report must summarize Department of Public Health activities supporting state filings for compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.

Report shall be posted on the Department's website and provided to all health care practitioners who administer immunizations in the state.
