Adds subdivision (29) to section 1-210(b) of Connecticut general statutes to exempt contact information from Freedom of Information Act disclosure requirements.

Exempts residential or mailing addresses, electronic mail addresses, and telephone numbers contained in contact lists created or modified by General Assembly members or their staff.

Exemption applies only when the contact list is created or modified for purposes related to the member's public office duties.

Exemption applies only to contact information in the custody or control of the General Assembly member or their staff.

Effective October 1, 2021.
