Requires all institutions of higher education and for-profit institutions licensed in Connecticut to provide uniform financial aid information to prospective students accepted for admission prior to the institution's enrollment deadline using the college financing plan template developed by the U.S. Department of Education.

Mandates that beginning August 1, 2021, and annually thereafter, all enrolled students must receive uniform financial aid information including the U.S. Department of Education's college financing plan template, an estimate of total student loans incurred since enrollment, the total amount required to pay off all student loans, and the remaining borrowing amount before reaching maximum borrowing limits.

Becomes effective July 1, 2021, and amends section 10a-55u of the general statutes.
