Amends Connecticut General Statutes Title 33 to apply to business corporations with principal place of business in the state.

Requires corporations to disclose the racial, ethnic, and gender diversity of their boards of directors in state filings.

Mandates at least one director from an underrepresented community on each board, either by filling an open seat or adding a new seat.

Requires corporations to engage in ongoing education, reporting, and compliance activities to achieve equitable representation on corporate boards.
