Amends subsection (c) of section 7-53 of Connecticut general statutes to expand access to original birth certificates for adopted individuals

All adopted individuals would be permitted to obtain uncertified copies of their original birth certificates

Children and grandchildren of adopted individuals would also gain the right to obtain these uncertified copies

Removes existing restrictions that currently limit adopted persons' access to their original birth records
