• Eliminates provisions requiring dog racing licensees to establish pet adoption programs for retired greyhounds, employ persons receiving public assistance, and provide on-site child care centers.

• Removes dog racing-related tax provisions and eliminates the requirement for judges of greyhound racing from state employment regulations.

• Allows existing off-track betting facilities to continue wagering on out-of-state dog racing events, even after in-state dog racing is prohibited.
