Amends section 14-36 of Connecticut general statutes to allow drivers license applicants to submit vision screening results from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist instead of obtaining screening through another method.

Permits applicants to present a certified copy of vision screening results to satisfy the vision screening requirement for driver's license applications.
