Court Support Services Division shall conduct a survey of court-involved youths (individuals under 18 with direct interaction with or proceedings before any Judicial Branch court) from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

Survey shall assess adequacy of Judicial Branch services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer youths and identify needs for additional or improved services.

Survey shall collect demographic data including age, race, sexual orientation, and gender identity, plus any other information deemed necessary by the division, with responses collected anonymously and participation voluntary.

Court Support Services Division must submit a report to the General Assembly's joint standing committee on children by January 1, 2024, including survey results and recommendations for additional or improved services for LGBTQ youths.
