Establishes a separate, nonlapsing account called the "law enforcement support office program account" within the General Fund, effective October 1, 2021.

Account receives fees paid by local law enforcement agencies in Connecticut to participate in the law enforcement support program described in 10 USC 2576a.

Moneys deposited in the account shall be expended by the Adjutant General for administering the operations of the law enforcement support program.

Account is administered by the Military Department and contains only moneys required by law to be deposited.
