Establishes a working group to study expanding property tax relief for veterans who served a minimum of 90 days during peacetime and received an honorable discharge.

Working group membership includes chairpersons, vice chairpersons, and ranking members of the joint standing committee on military and veterans' affairs, plus additional members with expertise in property tax or veterans' benefits.

Initial appointments to the working group must be made within 30 days of the effective date, with vacancies filled by the committee chairpersons.

Working group must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committees on military and veterans' affairs and planning and development by January 1, 2022.

Working group terminates on the date it submits its report or January 1, 2022, whichever is later.
