20 rental assistance certificates designated over two years (10 in school year 2022, 10 in school year 2023) for low-income families in the Hartford region who have participated in the interdistrict public school attendance program for at least one year

Eligible families must want to relocate to the town where their child attends school through the interdistrict program, with access to residence mobility counseling services

Commissioner of Housing must develop procedures for landlord recruitment, family recruitment, housing search assistance, and counseling

Interim report due August 31, 2022, and final report due August 31, 2023, to legislative committees on housing and education, including data on utilization rates, demographics, and recommendations for future implementation
