Commissioners of Public Health, Aging and Disability Services, and Social Services shall conduct a study on COVID-19's impact on senior citizens (including nursing home and managed residential community residents) and adults with disabilities.

Study must examine the health, safety, and welfare effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on these vulnerable populations.

Commissioners must file a report by January 1, 2022 to joint standing committees having cognizance of aging, human services, and public health matters.

Report shall include documentation of COVID-19's impact on the identified populations and recommendations to mitigate the impact of any future pandemic.
