Governor must submit recommended allocations of federal American Rescue Plan Act funds to legislative leadership by April 26, 2021, excluding Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund monies.

House speaker and Senate president pro tempore shall forward the Governor's recommendations to the joint appropriations committee within five days of receipt.

Joint appropriations committee must report approval or proposed modifications to legislative leadership by May 16, 2021, with final allocations requiring authorization through public or special act before any disbursement occurs.

Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management shall report to the joint appropriations committee by April 26, 2021 on all prior COVID-19 relief funds received under the CARES Act and Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, including accounting of disbursed funds and plan for remaining funds.
