Increases the maximum number of special policemen in the Office of Child Support Services from six to eight, effective July 1, 2021, with authority to serve warrants on child support matters and access to the Connecticut law enforcement communications system

Establishes a task force to study technological and other initiatives to maximize collection of child support owed to state residents and ensure compliance with court-ordered child support payments

Task force comprises 10 members including legislative appointees from both parties, the Commissioner of Social Services or designee, and the Chief Court Administrator or designee

Requires task force to submit findings and recommendations to the judiciary and human services committees by January 1, 2022, at which point the task force terminates
