Voids all unlawful restrictive covenants in recorded property instruments that restrict ownership or occupancy based on race, effective July 1, 2021.

Allows property owners to file an affidavit or standardized form with their town clerk identifying race-based restrictive covenants, with no recording fee assessed.

Eliminates the race designation field from marriage license applications, effective October 1, 2021.

Authorizes condominium boards of directors to amend declarations to remove race-based ownership or occupancy restrictions by majority vote without requiring unit owner approval.

Requires boards to hold a meeting within 90 days if a unit owner requests removal of race-based restrictions from condominium declarations.
