Amends sections 46a-44 and 46a-64 of the general statutes to prohibit requiring disclosure of reasons for using guide dogs or assistance dogs as a condition of entry onto public transportation or into places of public accommodation.

Applies protections to blind persons using guide dogs and deaf or mobility impaired persons using assistance dogs.

Prevents anyone from asking individuals to explain their need for a service dog before allowing the dog onto public transportation or into public accommodations.

Referred to the Committee on Public Health during the January 2021 session.
