Allows sellers to provide electronic delivery tickets instead of paper tickets for gasoline (50+ gallons), kerosene, fuel oil, or similar substances (5+ gallons) if both seller and purchaser agree in writing.

Requires sellers to retain records of electronic delivery tickets for at least twelve months.

Electronic delivery tickets must be transmitted to the purchaser or purchaser's agent no more than two business days after delivery.

All delivery tickets (electronic or paper) must include the driver's name or identification number, be sequentially numbered, and show meter readings before and after delivery to prevent fraud.

Effective October 1, 2021.
