Suppliers must pay warranty claims for parts and service within 30 days of receipt and approval, with approval or disapproval decisions required within 30 days of claim receipt.

Claims deemed automatically approved if not disapproved in writing by the 30th day after receipt, with payment due within 30 days thereafter.

Suppliers must reimburse dealers at current net price plus 18 percent for parts and the dealer's posted hourly labor rate for nonwarranty repair work previously disclosed to the supplier.

Dealers given 30-day opportunity to resubmit claims denied or charged back solely due to claim processing failures, clerical errors, or administrative technicalities that do not question claim legitimacy.

Reasonable submission deadlines for claims or supporting materials are not considered claim processing procedures or administrative technicalities.
