Amends Chapter 246 of the general statutes to require ice cream trucks be equipped with specific safety equipment including flashing signal lamps, crossing control arms, caution signs, front convex mirrors, and rear visibility equipment.

Aims to increase the visibility of ice cream trucks to other drivers and warn them that children may be present in the area.

Requires safety equipment to minimize vehicle blind spots for ice cream truck drivers to enhance overall road safety.
