Amends section 10-285a of the general statutes to increase school building project grant reimbursement percentages for local boards of education by twenty percent for a five-year period.

Eligibility for the increased reimbursement requires the town to reach the ten percent affordable housing threshold as determined under section 8-30g of the general statutes.

Incentivizes municipal affordable housing development by linking education funding improvements to housing policy compliance.
