Establishes a task force to review the Connecticut state Constitution and identify all gendered language in the text.

Task force must recommend how to replace gendered language while preserving meaning and reiterating equality of citizens of all genders before the law.

Task force consists of 11 members appointed by legislative leaders (4 members), the Governor (3 members), Chief Court Administrator (3 members), and Attorney General (1 member or designee).

Initial appointments must be made within 30 days of the effective date, with the first meeting held within 60 days.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the joint standing committee on government administration by February 1, 2022, and terminates upon submission or on that date, whichever is later.
