Adds paratransit vehicle drivers to the list of mandatory reporters required to report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or abandonment of elderly persons to the Commissioner of Social Services

Mandatory reporters must file reports within 72 hours of developing reasonable suspicion

Failure to report within the required timeframe results in a fine up to $500; intentional failure to report is a class C misdemeanor for the first offense and class A misdemeanor for subsequent offenses

Employers of individuals caring for persons 60 years or older must provide mandatory training on detecting potential abuse, neglect, exploitation, and abandonment
